Dark as Day is a special collaboration with our friends from SouthNorte Brewing Company. Known for their cross border/cross culture specialty beers – we wanted to brew something unique for their beer fans, as well as open our portfolio to new styles. We made large batches of horchata and added them to a golden stout base during the brewing process then added Mexican cold brew with cinnamon from Trident Coffee Roasters. The end result is a beer that bursts with cinnamon, notes of coffees, and an extremely smooth mouthfeel!
