It is a bold collaboration with Matcha Cafe Maiko, featuring a harmonious blend of Citra, Mosaic, and New Zealand Cascade hops alongside premium ceremonial grade matcha from Uji, Kyoto. This unique IPA offers bright citrus notes and a subtle earthy bitterness from the matcha, creating a dynamic brew that captures the vibrant energy of Tokyo nights.
