This week’s episode of Beer for Breakfast features a Miramar-based operation that always provides something both different and delicious, Embolden Beer Co. This time around, the crew tastes through a pair of beers from their new Japanese-inspired line of beers, which goes by the name Shōgun and incorporates specialty ingredients found in Japan and its cuisine. The first of those is a lager infused with hojicha (roasted ceremonial-grade matcha) called Dusk in Kyoto, and its followed by a yuzu-spiked blonde ale dubbed Spring in Okinawa.
